We currently only ship within Canada.

Our dedicated order fulfillment team operates from Monday through Friday to pick and pack orders during business hours. Most of the orders are prepared to be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

We partner with trusted shipping companies such as Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, FedEx, and others for order delivery. Generally, orders are expected to arrive within 2 to 9 business days after being shipped. For customers in rural areas, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for delivery.

We offer free shipping over the purchase of $99.99 and above (before taxes & shipping charges).


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day the order is placed, to request a return.

We want you to love your new order! If you have received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at and we will make things right.

To return a product, please contact our Customer Service Representative to obtain confirmation. Once you receive confirmation, please ship the product back to our facilities at your expense.

Criteria for Returns

  • All returns must be received within 30 days, after receiving the return confirmation from our customer service representative.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original and unaltered condition.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.


We are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item to our warehouse after getting confirmation from our Customer Service Representative and make a separate purchase for a replacement. You will be credited with the entire purchase price of the item(s), including taxes where applicable. Returns will be credited via the original form of payment after the merchandise is received at our warehouse. Please note, merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days after getting a return confirmation.


Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, CRAFTABLES will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for CRAFTABLES to process a refund.  Also, it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction.

Please note, shipping fees will not be refunded.


All sales are final for fabric and trims that have been cut.

If you have received an incorrect fabric or trim that has inherent defects (outside of the normal variances in fabric printing and dyeing) we will gladly exchange or issue a refund for your purchase.


If it is found that CRAFTABLES has made a mistake with your order or there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly cover the shipping fees.
