The OLFA CMP-3 rotary circle cutter makes clean circles for appliqué, quilting, and craft projects, including scrapbooking and model work in fabric and paper. It cuts diameters from 1 1/2 in to 8 3/4 in (38 to 222 mm) and uses an 18 mm rotary blade with a ratchet handle that reduces wrist strain during cutting. A built-in blade cover and pivot spike guard support safer handling and storage between uses.
